Relay For Life is a great opportunity to team up with people you know to help beat cancer.

What do I have to do?

Teams fundraise throughout the year in your local community to support the work of Cancer Research UK and then come together for an inspiring overnight Relay for Life event. Members of each team take turns to walk around a track for 12 or 24 hours overnight. This marks the fact that cancer never sleeps.

Why not start your own team and lead a group of 8 to 15 of your friends, family and colleagues in a local Relay For Life? Team Captains must be over 18, but people of all ages are encouraged to participate in Relay For Life.
